Program Description:

Have you heard about Business Value in Agile and it's use in Backlog Prioritization? Can't decide on the approach that makes sense for your organization?

Cost of Delay is a powerful approach in determining a better way to make decisions about when to do what. It gives organizations a view into the economics of work and the duration involved. For those who are "allergic" to numbers we can use a more qualitative approach to the work. Join Rand Eaton for an introductory talk combining ideas from Don Reinertsen and Joshua Arnold along with his own insights based on coaching work.
