Gus Broman is a seasoned management consultant who enjoys bringing clarity to complex situations to ensure that all voices are heard and that best processes and decisions are implemented. He possesses nearly 20 years of experience across various industries including IT, Health Care and Higher Education. He helps clients with change management and with organizational communication. He recently published a book, Bridge to Teen, available on Amazon.com. Gus resides in Eagan with his wife Margie and three boys Eli, Anders, and Hans. Gus enjoys reffing soccer, going to his boys’ swim meets and soccer games, running and consuming lutefisk.
