Program Description:

"In preparing for battle I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable" - Dwight D. Eisenhower

Agile and Scrum doesn't mean skip the planning. We plan all the time which poises us to respond to change effectively and allows us to do work differently. Unfortunately, change is hard. Many find themselves using Scrummy language on top of traditional planning methods which is confusing and discourages responding to change. Join us for this session to learn what you can do to respond to change more effectively.
