Program Description: 

Based on Traci's book "Breaking Free: Leading the Way" (2012), Traci uses the emerging science of neuro-axiology to teach project managers the essentials of adding and creating value using their best thinking and valuing habits. This presentation will help project managers understand how to make better decisions, set better goals, use stories to motivate their team members and stakeholders, as well as how to identify and shift to their best thinking when setting priorities and making choices. The participants will learn the secrets of being their best and achieving their success.

Traci will use real-world examples and discuss key leadership practices and principles from her unique perspective of value (using axiology). Participants will be able to put their new knowledge to work immediately in their careers and their lives.

Traci Duez
Traci is a sought-after speaker in the project management community. She has presented at over 70 PMI chapters in the past 6 years to over 14,000 PMs and leaders including 4 PMI Global Congresses in North America and Europe. Traci earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. She was an IT project manager for 17 years. Prior to starting her own business in 2006, she was a director of over 100 consultants for a national IT consulting firm. 
Today Traci applies her background in science and coaching to help leaders improve their thinking abilities and leadership skills using the emerging science of neuro-axiology (value dynamics). Her presentations motivate you to take action on her unique information, principles, and practices.
