Program Description:

Based on Traci’s book “Breaking Free: Leading the Way” (2012), Traci uses the emerging science of neuro-axiology to teach project managers the essentials of adding and creating value using their best thinking and valuing habits. This workshop will teach project managers how to make better decisions, set better goals, use stories to motivate their team members and stakeholders, as well as how to identify and shift to their best thinking when setting priorities and making choices. The participants will learn the secrets of being their best and achieving their success.
Traci will use real-world examples and discuss key leadership practices and principles from her unique perspective of value (using axiology). Participants will be able to put their new knowledge to work immediately in their careers and their lives.
All participants will be asked to complete an online assessment and bring it to the workshop. This adds great personalized value as they will know how to apply the principles and practices to their specific thinking and valuing habits.
