Technical Project Management
Program Description:

Non-hierarchical Matrix Organizations where all team members are permanent organizational staff have unique strengths and challenges.

On the positive side, the team members are all subject matter experts with both the in depth knowledge and key insights into what efficiencies and workflows are required for continuous optimization. On the challenging side, these individuals are most often already overstretched and are not able to move a project off their plate in order to make room for a cross-functional collaborative team project.

So how does a Project Manager tasked with leading and facilitating cross-functional team projects succeed?

This webinar will walk through one scenario and take a mindful approach to the strategic use of process tools and team leadership techniques for fostering cross functional collaboration.

This webinar is opened to all of the PMI-MN members and no registration is required. For any member who have provided their email addresses, they can also receive an invite to join on a chat session to ask questions to the presenter.
