Program Description:

At our inaugural PMI MN Pride event for PMI MN, we will discussing the value and focus that both PMI Global and PMI MN place on diversity of its membership and contributions that practitioners bring to projects, teams and organizations holistically. A diverse workforce brings their vast experiences forward from differing cultures, personal and professional associations, prior work experiences, friends, families, and other lived experience to offer perspectives through a different lens. Bringing together many ideas and perspectives adds value to projects, teams and workplaces, increasing the value of work products delivered and the chances of success. Join us for a lively panel discussion, followed by Q&A. We will close the event with a networking social to get to know others in the field and beyond!
