He is well-versed in leading cross-functional teams, customizing project plans, executing project strategies according to strict timelines, and assisting personnel to reach their full potential. Derek takes pride in achieving the best results for his clients by developing the proper method for the right purpose, with the utmost integrity. Before working at IPM, Derek worked as a Project Manager for an industrial biotechnology company. Derek graduated with honors from Texas A&M University at Galveston with a B.S. in Marine Biology and a minor in Business. In addition, he holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
