Professional Data Analysts (PDA) is an independent evaluation consulting company with over 25 employees that works primarily with departments of health in states across the country to evaluate public health programs. We conduct large scale evaluations of tobacco cessation, chronic disease prevention, and healthy living programs. We are in need of a consultant to help us create a project management process. We would also like the consultant to recommend and assist with the set up of a program management software that fits our business.
