Use your agile skills to grow your career, increase your income and influence as an agile professional. Master agile principles for your own career success.
This is a workshop; it's experiential, not a lecture. The goal is to expose you to new ideas and challenges. Instead of throwing a ton of content at you, it's built around experience. You and your fellow participants will engage in mini-projects that will transform the way you look at your work and career.
This isn't for everyone. If you're not comfortable sharing your experiences, challenging yourself to think differently, or debate ideas deeply--then this is probably not a workshop for you. It won't be easy necessarily--you'll have to put in a ton of work--but it can be transformative.
What you will learn:
>>Gain perspective into the agile ecosystem of today and how it's evolving
>>Insights from my research study about the Future of the Scrum Master role
>>Identify the inflection points in your career growth
>>Feedback of your fellow workshop participants will shape your views
>>Learn to make commitments and take action--right in the workshop
>>How to build your own board of advisors
>>Map out a three-year career roadmap in the agile space
