Join us at a new recurring PMI-MN event for the leaders and senior project management practitioners involved in Enterprise Projects, Programs, and Portfolios. Each event will have a focus on a specific theme with a panel of leaders/practitioners sharing their success stories related to the theme. The presentations will consist of vision, approach, challenges and discoveries.

For December’s meeting, we will have a panel on Portfolio Alignment to Corporate Strategy and respective metrics reporting. Each panelist will do a 5-10 minutes on their background, their company and their challenges, successes and present view on this topic. We will then solicit feedback from the audience and go into a Q&A session to round out the meeting. 

This is a great opportunity to network and share your Enterprise Initiative success stories and put forward pain points and challenges for future panel topics. These events will be held downtown over the lunch hour to expand our offerings past breakfast and dinner meetings.
