This session will discuss the steps necessary to create a strategic portfolio, giving you the tools to select and prioritize projects that create value and align with strategic goals. From stakeholders to governance to dashboards, learn how to assess, aggregate and adjust your project portfolio and allocate resources to efficiently and effectively manage the right projects at the right time.
Terri Kimball, PMP
Terri is the current Professional Development Days (PDD) Chair, trustee and past president of the Minnesota Chapter of PMI. Literally a rocket scientist, Terri got her Bachelors in aerospace engineering and mechanics, and went to work for NASA supporting 4 Space Shuttle missions. Since then she has gotten another degree in Business Administration, her PMP credential and launched a career managing projects in advanced engineering and manufacturing technology.
