Presentation: “Recent Enhancements to Microsoft’s Project, Task, and Resource Management Tools”
As project management needs and strategies evolve, so too does Microsoft Project. This session will highlight Microsoft Project’s new Agile features; Project’s link to the Office 365 Planner tool; and other recent enhancements. During this session we will take a close look at these tools, and will explore a variety of options for calling upon these tools to assist with project, task, and resource management!

Dan has 25+ years of experience in professional services, with a primary focus on Microsoft Project dating back to 1993. Dan is internationally known for creating Milestone’s YJTJ (Your Job Tool’s Job) process for Microsoft Project, and his ability to motivate and educate organizations on successfully using Microsoft Project. Dan is a frequent guest speaker at project management and Microsoft Project conferences.
