In the 6 Steps to Process Improvement presentation Mandy and Ken will discuss how to implement process improvement in any size organization. Through a 6 step process any team can tackle any organizational challenge from large strategic initiatives to small process improvements. The presentation will provide you will the process, examples, and then review a case study to provide some real-world examples add context to help bring the process to life.

Speaker(s) Bios: 

Mandy Nystrom leads the Support Team at the Network Center, Inc. She brings a wealth of ITIL Best Practice knowledge and experience to the organization. Mandy has earned several ITIL certifications including V3, Operations, Transition and IT Lean. Mandy is passionate about process improvement opportunities that create efficiencies and effectiveness of Service Delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ken Brazerol leads the PMO and Service Operations team at Network Center Inc. He came to NCI after 15 years with HERE Technologies where he held various roles gaining experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Change Leadership working with large enterprise customers like Facebook, BMW and Garmin. Ken holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and as a Six Sigma Black Belt. His experience is being leveraged to help Network Center improve/stabilize processes and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
