Program Description: 

This meeting will consist of facilitated discussion around using agile tools and strategies when managing traditional projects across multiple industries. Participants will work with small groups to share experiences and identify creative ways to solve a variety of every day project issues.

Rodger Edwards 
Been in the IT industry for over 38 years (Yes, I know how to write a program using PUNCH CARDS J) Has worked with IT organizations from around the world including staff from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Amsterdam, Netherlands Learned, practiced and coached Agile methods for the past 15 years Managed the team responsible for the Agile transformation at the world’s largest airline – American Airlines

Jason Orloske
Over 18 years’ project portfolio management experience in the healthcare, retail, and legal and regulatory space Worked with and managed remote teams from around the world, as well as been a remote employee 100% of the time for three years Managed PMO’s and work closely with executives on portfolio prioritization PMP and Scrum certified as well as a project management mentor and coach

Angie Hagen 
Over 12 years in managing software and IT solutions projects using a variety of methodologies PMP certified with a passion for coaching and mentoring up and coming project managers Specializes in finding creative solutions to recover projects
