Showcasing what is possible when the right people come together with the right ideas - and are empowered to accomplish what others believe are impossible things. In this presentation we “look into the looking glass” of an actual implementation of new technology to resolve a common operational issue and the project that made it so.
Jason Sagstetter, PMP, CSM is currently a Global IT Portfolio Manager with HB Fuller, where he has also served as a senior project manager. His specialties are Technology Analyzation, Team Coordination, Hardware Integration. Implementing new technology is not just exciting, but an exercise in change management and managing expectations through leadership. Jason has performed hundreds of demonstrations of Google Glass at Airports, Restaurants, Stores and anywhere someone was brave enough to ask, "What is that on your face?"
