Program Description:

For any company to be successful, it needs to develop a strategy. And for the strategy to become a reality, it takes projects. Projects can be anything from short efficiency changes to large, multi-year development initiatives. Throw on top of that globally dispersed teams, waterfall vs. agile and a multitude of stakeholders; it's no wonder companies on average waste 12% of their project spend on poor performance.

To help local professionals and students combat this number, PMI-MN – Fargo PMI Outreach will be holding a panel event. The panel will include local project management professionals with a combined total of 50+ years of experience. Bring your project management questions or current project issues for discussion (if you're comfortable and don't worry, we won't judge!).
