Program Description:

With research showing a high number of projects fail or are significantly challenged, it is important for project managers to have a strategy to get those projects back on track. Recovering a project is more than managing scope, schedule and budget. Communication, customer satisfaction, team morale, and stakeholder management are important issues to address as well. This presentation will focus on project recovery steps that are proven to review the project holistically and get it back in the green.
