For many of us, there is room for improvement in how we approach risk management. During this one-hour presentation, Ms. Johnson will dive into how we do risk identification. She will discuss how risk identification could be the weak link, because of a natural reliance on Brainstorming. She will provide two alternative approaches to risk identification with hands on exercises.

Speaker(s) Bios: 

Patricia Johnson is a recovering English major. She graduated from UND and has had her PMP since 2007. Patricia has performed project management since the early 2000’s in the Twin Cities. Patricia is currently a project manager for the North Dakota University System for the past 3 years. She is a traveler, a yoga enthusiast, & a dog person with two cats.
