Ritu Chowdhary over the past few years took responsibility as a Volunteer Recognition Program Manager and did an exceptional job by fully covering the Volunteer recognition program process.

Ritu has gone above and beyond in her role and helped keep the Volunteer recognition program on track, and reached out to recognized volunteers, prepared all necessary documentation for recognition and always looked for the process improvement.

Ritu volunteered to be a Chair of The Annual President’s Volunteer Appreciation Gala 2015. She coordinated and managed the event which became a great success. Ritu stayed on top of the tasks for the event, coordinated busy schedules of the team and managed last minute changes.

Ritu is extremely dedicated, very responsible and a well organized person. It’s a great honor and pleasure to work with her.

PMI-MN would like to thank Ritu for her time and dedication. Congratulations Ritu!!!

Chandra Deval has been a great volunteer since he joined the chapter. He currently manages all volunteer requests for PMI-MN SharePoint. In addition to his primary role, he has stepped in to help the Information Technology team with website support, volunteer communications and the February 2015 Volunteer Fair.

Chandra has a very positive attitude and is great to work with. The Information Technology Team Chair is honored to have Chandra as part of their team.

PMI-MN would like to thank Chandra for his time and dedication. Congratulations Chandra!!!

Brandon Olson has been a Team Member / Advisor for the Outreach NE (Duluth MN / Superior WI) program for a few years. As Chair of Computer Information Systems, and Associate Professor of CIS & Project Management at St. Scholastica, he was instrumental in establishing a partnership between PMI-MN and The College of St. Scholastica, to provide speakers and venue for events within that program.

When Scottie Holmes stepped down in 2014 as Outreach NE program manager, Brandon stepped up, ensuring continuity of the program within the community. Since then Brandon has also helped arrange speakers for other Outreach events in Minnesota and North Dakota. And when The College of St. Scholastica established a campus in the St Cloud, he introduced Rick Butte (Regional Director) to establish a partnership with the Central Outreach program.

Brandon has also assisted PMI-MN in reaching out to students who are considering some aspect of project management in their careers. With Brandon’s help, students attending multiple colleges and universities, public and private, in MN, ND and WI are becoming more aware of PMI-MN programs.

PMI-MN would like to thank Brandon for his time and dedication. Congratulations Brandon!!!

Mark Molesworth established the Bismarck, ND Outreach program and managed it for over 2 years. As a Bismarck resident and State of North Dakota employee, he was able to generate considerable interest in the program, setting very high attendance levels from the onset.

During his tenure, he also helped PMI-MN establish a partnership with the University of Mary, which sponsored some events in that venue. Mark coordinated PMI-MN’s first Outreach Professional Development project, providing accredited instruction for the PMI ACP certification program. This project was very successful and created a strategic imperative to offer more certification programs at locations throughout the MN/ND area we serve.

After 2 years, Mark established a leadership group that was able to begin taking over the program. While Mark still keeps a hand in the program, more and more of his responsibilities are being handled by a very capable leadership team. Although he is now turning over leadership to the Outreach Bismark program, Mark continues in his role as a Community Outreach Volunteer, transitioning the program and helping to establish new programs in MN and ND, and building a stronger foundation of cooperation between the established Outreach programs.

PMI-MN would like to thank Mark for his time and dedication. Congratulations, Mark!!!

October 2015 - Greg Stignani
has been a member of the sponsorship committee for over a year now. During that time, he stepped up and took over the role of Partners Coordinator and has done an excellent job setting up the Partner of the Quarter Program. He has been a consistent and a valuable contributor to our committee and we feel lucky to have him aboard. Greg has helped in running other areas of PMI-MN as well. Greg has stepped so willingly that deserves to be recognized.

PMI-MN would like to thank Greg for his time and dedication. Congratulations Greg!!!
