Conflict on projects is inevitable and agile projects are no exception. The high level of collaboration, often in a collocated environment, puts a premium on conflict management for agile teams. As a team leader, it’s critical to understand what conflict is and isn’t, and the various ways that people react to conflict in order to help the team respond constructively. This presentation provides an opportunity to explore a variety of conflict management styles and when to use each. An appreciation of your own conflict management style, as well as those of other team members, will enhance your skills for addressing the inevitable conflicts on your projects.
