Program Description:

Managing a complex design-build project is difficult, but there are steps every project manager can take to improve project performance. How do you create high-performance teams that are accountable and get results? Start by paying attention to the basics: understand project requirements, manage risk and follow standard processes. Success without stress is possible when you use a common vocabulary, best practices, templates and checklists. This presentation includes a case study of how a rigorous approach to project, program and portfolio management increased project success rates and team efficiency by creating a culture for high performing teams.
