Program Description:

Join us at this breakfast to boost your human connection skills, with Eduardo Drake, a patent attorney, and founder of the Oneness Company. Eduardo helps teams and leaders unleash their connection superpowers for increased wellness, engagement, trust, and focus. Eduardo will share about his personal journey in becoming a better connector and guide us through some simple yet powerful mental frames, tools, and exercises to activate our innate superpowers to connect with others.

This talk will be particularly valuable for members who work in teams, and desire richer, more rewarding relational experiences and more success at work, and at home. It’ll be valuable to folks who are curious about meditation or mindfulness; folks who want to make a bigger difference in the world; and those who want to live longer, healthier lives.

The world needs more connection now, than ever before, and you are uniquely situated to help create more of it for yourself and for others.

Speaker(s) Bios:

Eduardo Drake lives in the Twin Cities as a father of twins, a patent lawyer, an artist, a tango dancer, a brain stormer, and entrepreneur. Born in El Salvador and raised in the deep South (Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi), Eduardo earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and worked for General Electric in Upstate New York before enrolling in law school at the University of Virginia. He started his work as a patent lawyer in Minneapolis in 1994, eventually becoming a partner at the renowned boutique firm of Schwegman Lundberg and Woesnner, and then leaving to chase his first startup dream, Fantastic IP Consulting that helps innovators navigate the world of patents.

He’s also founder of The Oneness Company, a startup venture focused on helping leaders and teams unleash their connection superpowers for increased wellness, engagement, trust, and focus. The Company offers one-on-one coaching, one-hour onsite mini-retreats, and the ConnectionCookies™ brand of fortune cookies, all featuring mindful face-to-face Connectorcises™ that recharge and renew connections between team members.
Like regular weight training, the face-to-face exercises build the skills and capacity of professionals to consistently create more powerful connections not only with customers and coworkers, but anywhere they go.
