PMI MN Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Refund Terms and Conditions:

Dinner & Breakfast:

Full refunds, less a $10.00 cancellation fee per registration, will be granted to received written cancellation requests by the cancellation deadline date.

A Chapter Breakfast or Dinner meeting cancellation deadline date is published in the event sales policy statement. A refund will not be granted if the written cancellation request is received after the cancellation deadline. 

All other events:

Full refunds, less $50.00 cancellation fee per registered session, will be granted to received written cancellation requests by the cancellation deadline date.

If extenuating circumstances exist that prevent someone from attending an event they can send a request in writing to PMI MN Chapter Administrator for appeal to the board in writing within 30 days after the event.

Refund of Check Payment

Refunds of a registration paid by personal or corporate check will be handled as follows:

  • PMI MN will send a refund check within 30 days after the event less appropriate cancellation fee.

Refund of Credit Card Payment

Refunds of a registration paid by a personal or corporate credit card will be handled as follows: The credit card account used for the original registration will credited for the registration amount less the appropriate cancellation fee.
