Business is becoming more complex and stressful with ever-changing technology, acquisitions, mergers and the constant demand of the bottom line. Plus there are so many distractions. Project Managers do so many different things…and they are supposed to also convene and facilitate incredible meetings? Yes.

Facilitation is an art that is often overlooked and misunderstood. You are the source of the power. How are you using your positional & psychological power to make your meetings incredible?
What can you do, practically, to facilitate meetings that people will call “incredible”? What are some methods for handling tough situations, like when you have a senior person on your team and things are not going well? Or you have someone openly opposing someone else.
