Craig will share engaging stories from his experiences of creating successful enterprise project portfolio management ecosystems within various companies.  Using real life examples his interactive talk will discuss a rapid high-energy approach, the things that work great, the things to watch out for and how focusing on creativity and authenticity will help increase the overall happiness of leadership and portfolio teams by 48.8%.

This talk will be extremely useful for members whose company is enhancing their enterprise portfolio management capabilities.  Members in leadership positions or those involved in portfolio offices will find this talk particularly valuable; as will members will little or no portfolio experience who would like to see what successful portfolio management actually looks like.

Craig is Founder and CEO of Course Conductor, an independent training review and analytics firm that helps companies make quicker, smarter training investment decisions. He co-authored the world’s most widely adopted project portfolio management standard (Management of Portfolios); and has consulted to governments and companies in finance, healthcare, emergency services, telecoms, international trade, national statistics, gaming and biotechnology for 18 years.

His inspiring presentations and keynotes focus on bridging organizational energy, leadership, and project portfolio management with agility, team work, creative thinking and authentic story telling to illustrate how companies can successfully transform.

As a modern day polymath.  Craig has painted live music on stage during the performances of some of the greatest musicians of our time including Buena Vista Social Club, Iggy and the Stooges, Black Eyed Peas, Brian Eno, Deep Purple and many more.  Craig also created the concept of Happy Street Signs and has collaborated with the Mayor of Newark to help increase feelings of well-being across the city.  The project was featured nationally by Time.com, CBS Saturday Morning, NPR and BBC World Service.
