Program Description:

Growing your career as a Project Manager takes planning, but what is the right plan for you? Is it a traditional full-time role or time to go out on your own? Should you work a contract scenario or are there different times for different working venues? What are the advantages and disadvantages of these scenarios and what are the trends in the Project Management profession? In this Q&A session, Lonnie Fluck and Anna Holt from Project Consulting Group and Hollstadt Consulting respectively will attempt to provide clarity to these questions.
