Do you ever wonder why people show up the way they do in meetings or conversations? Jeff Meacham, an accomplished leadership guide with GiANT Worldwide, will lead a discussion on “Tools for Understanding.” Using objective language and simple visuals, Jeff will help you learn tools to understand others, communicate vision, lead change, and build bridges with those who have different voices. You’ll get a chance to interact with each other, and walk away with something you can implement right away!

Jeff is an accomplished leadership guide, coach, and business development consultant, widely endorsed as a “Master Connector.” He has built a career on his passion for trusted relationships, and nothing excites him more than the art of connecting good people.

Jeff brings a thoughtful approach from lessons learned over 20+ years as a leader, business development executive, and consultant with organizations from entrepreneurial start-ups to the Fortune 500.

Jeff earns his living developing leaders, growing businesses, and connecting people in talent acquisition and career search. Through his non-stop connecting, Jeff enjoys a broad and deep network in the finance, information technology, human resources, and nonprofit sectors. Jeff has been active in Rotary International for nearly 25 years, and remains very active in supporting church and nonprofit causes. He and his wife Gina live in Minneapolis, have raised three generous children, and cherish their seven grandkids.
