Program Description:

Have you heard a leader say “we’re going Agile”? Are you tempted to ask them where that is exactly? The challenge in many organizations today is that well-intentioned leaders try to seem “current” and want to rush to adopt an “Agile” approach.  But how many understand what that means and the magnitude of organizational change that is involved?

Join us for PMI-MN’s February breakfast meeting as we explore what is required of leaders in any Agile adoption or transformation. Topics include:

  • Common practices and statements leaders enact and say that contradict Agile and Scrum values and principles
  • Understand how these contradictions cause people in the organization to lose faith in the leaders
  • Identify realistic tips for any leader to begin using to support real change in their organizations
