Program Description:

Like most people, you probably started your career with a great deal of optimism and confidence, but difficult bosses, dysfunctional organizations, and doubts about yourself may have taken their toll over the years. As it does for many, this may have resulted in you feeling a level of stress in your work, or you may have begun to feel a bit like a fraud in your job. The secret to long-term career success is your ability to move past irrational fears that threaten to undermine you and, instead, to function authentically from the core of who you are as a person. Based on interactions with more than one hundred executive coaching clients, this session will provide you with the perspective and strategy you need to create a successful career over the long run. It will help you recognize who you are at the core and how to overcome your underlying fears!
