The Burn Up chart is a very simple but very powerful tool that teams should be able to produce themselves each and every sprint. If you have a team that is unable to produce a standard Burn Up chart, that is an indication that something fundamental needs to be addressed. We will cover burn up basics and more advanced topics including burn up reporting “at scale”. Excel based templates will be shared with attendees.
