The presenter will lead a networking discussion which will be describing various career paths for project managers.  There will be interaction by tables where participants can share experiences of where they have been, and where they are right now.   The presenter will invite the audience to project some milestones, and to lay a plan on how to get closer to towards their ideal goals.

Connie Mayta, PMP has been volunteering for the PMI-MN chapter in activities like the Career Fair and Outreach for Mankato for the past 3 years.   Connie brings over twenty years of project management and training experience in international product development for automotive sectors, product commercialization for food processing, and capital improvements for the office furniture.
