Program Description: 

Creating a Culture of Success is about going from chaos to clarity through accountability and relationships. There is a lot of gray at the start of any project. The project manager will need to help everyone, from stakeholders to the project team, move past the initial chaos to come together and deliver on organizational strategy. The presentation focuses on three major areas; stakeholder engagement, team dynamics and people vs. process.
