How can I get my password to log into the Member Login area? I contacted you about this problem and can still not log in. What should I do?
A. All PMI-MN members can look up their password at any time by going to the Member Login area and selecting the round blue button "Need a Password." Enter your primary email address -- your password will be sent to you from [email protected] within two hours or less.

Why doesn't my PMI username and password from Global PMI work on the PMI-MN Member Login area? Aren't they the same?
A. No -- the passwords for not the same for both the PMI-MN website and the Global PMI website unless you made them the same. Use your PMI member ID and your PMI-MN password to access the PMI-MN Member Login area.

A. Your primary email address is the one designated by you in your membership profile and official member record at Global PMI.

Why didn't the website send my password to me? I used the "Need a Password" button, entered my email address successfully, and did not receive my password within two hours.
A. Check the SPAM or Junk folders for your email mailbox. Sometimes emails from [email protected] are mistakenly classified as "unknown" by your email provider (ISP) filters -- and in error get routed to your SPAM or Junk folder.

Why do I keep getting "Records Not Found" when try to look up my PMI-MN password using my email address? I tried using the "Need Password" button and my email address in the Member Login area but it doesn't work.
A. Are you using the email address registered with Global PMI? Or have you recently changed your (primary) email address? Did you update it in your Global PMI profile? You may need to check your profile on Global PMI

How does a new PMI-MN member get a password to the Member Login area? I became a PMI-MN member via online Global PMI within the past five weeks?
A. PMI-MN validates its member information against official Global PMI roster once a month. So sometimes there may be a delay between the time a new member registers on the Global PMI site -- and when local PMI-MN is notified of the new member. When a new member is added to our local site, a welcome letter and password are automatically sent to you at your primary email address.
If you need access before you receive our official notice (and have been a member for at least three days), we can set up a tempoary account for you on the PMI-MN website. Send your name, primary email address, and member ID# to webmaster@pmi-mn.org. We are a volunteer organization -- so expect your password within 4 to 7 days.
