Program Description

This presentation will discuss the difference between being a Project Manager and a Project Leader along with a set of skills and attributes that every PM needs to master in order to be a Project Leader. Project Management is much more than managing a status report, issues and risk tracker, and a project plan. New requirements are being set for Project Managers to bring technical or business acumen to add to the project team. The Project Managers must establish credibility to the Stakeholders and the Project Team. This presentation will give you a guidebook to position yourself as a Project Leader at your company, with your client, and with your Project Team.
