Christian Antoine is an Enterprise Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach with the Collaborative Leadership Team. Working with Agile since 2008, Christian has 20+ years of diversified experience in the medical device, finance, healthcare, securities, international law, and agricultural industries.
Christian consults, trains, and coaches teams and companies on Agile at all levels of the organization. He enjoys helping others see there is a different way to approach work, at a sustainable pace, and get outcomes to delight customers.
Prior to Collaborative Leadership Team, Christian worked for Medtronic, Hollstadt & Associates, Computer Science Corporation (CSC). A graduate of St. John’s University, Christian resides in Golden Valley, MN with his wife, Megan, and children, Madeline, Ellen and Eli.

David is the founder and National Program Director for the Centre of Excellence in Project Management at York University in Toronto, Canada. He was the founder and Managing Director of ProjectWorld Canada, Business Analyst and Project Summit USA and the founder and Executive Editor of ProjectTimes.com and BATimes.com.
David currently working on his 5th book on strategy execution, a new project management event called PMTalks and a speakers’ bureau called Project Speakers Network.

Jennifer Battan is a Certified Business Analysis Professional with an energetic passion for the role and for finding ways to inject innovation and creative problem solving techniques into how BAs do their day to day work. Her passion is helping teams apply the art and science of business analysis techniques with ninja-like prowess. She works with clients to improve execution, mentor BAs, define process and deliver exceptional results within a change domain.
Jennifer is a Past President of the IIBA® Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter, an award winning chapter. She has served in several positions on the Board of Directors over the past 7 years. Within the International IIBA community, Jen serves on the Chapter Support team, led the IT Perspective team within the BABOK® version 3 writing team and assisted with the new certification process.

Elizabeth Larson, PMP, CBAP, CSM is Co-Principal and CEO of Watermark Learning and has over 30 years of experience in project management and business analysis. Elizabeth’s speaking history includes repeat presentations for national and international conferences on five continents.
Elizabeth has co-authored 5 books including 3 on Business Analysis Certification. She has also co-authored chapters published in four books, as well as numerous articles that appear regularly in BA Times, Project Times, and Modern Analyst. Elizabeth was a lead author on the BABOK 2.0, an expert reviewer on 3.0, a lead author on the PMBOK 4th and 5th and the PMI BA Practice Guide.
