Speaker(s) Bios:

I love solving tough problems for organizations, while working with some really smart people! When I founded The Persimmon Group in 2004, I sought to create a company that drove real value for clients. Real value means that an organization achieves its desired results--and ensuring it can sustain them. My passion is working on strategies at the 50,000 ft level with leadership teams, and then dropping down to ground level with everyone working to achieve those objectives.

My week is spent developing business models and strategies to achieve an organization's vision, coaching project teams to get themselves out of the ditch, teaching others to apply best practices, and speaking to audiences all over the world. And that's in one week!

When I first started in business, I had one goal: help people go home on time to spend time with their families and loved ones. That's what gets me out of bed in the morning. And that's what I get to do every day with people I love working with.

The Persimmon Group is not "your father's consulting company." We think differently. We want to understand their culture. We own our client's problems. We teach them how we do our job. We have fun.
