Program Description:

Of course, you know engaged employees are important to your company’s success, but do you fully understand how important? How you communicate, recognize and the authenticity you lead with can greatly affect your team’s morale, productivity and, yes, project profitability. Hillary inspires leaders to develop interactions that are consistent, demonstrate appreciation and enable ownership of work and lead to greater engagement and success.

Takeaways:
• Creating communication patterns that are clear, are heard, and are integrated
consistently and frequently.
• Creating recognition patterns that are meaningful, systematized, and aligned to
company objectives.
• Creating authenticity through walking the walk, leading with empathy, and enabling
“ownership” of work product.
• Establish a blueprint for greater employee engagement.
