Program Description:

Medical Alley – the entire state of Minnesota – has the largest concentration of health-related businesses in the world. From UnitedHealth Group, to Mayo Clinic, to Medtronic, to hundreds of small startups, healthcare is what makes Minnesota work.

And that industry is going through massive change. How is your home doing?

During this presentation the latest information on the state of your community will be presented so you have a better understanding of the impact your work makes on the state, the nation, and the entire world.

Speaker(s) Bios:

Frank Jaskulke accelerates health technology businesses success as VP of intelligence for the Medical Alley Association. Working with the leadership of global corporations, new ventures, investors, academics and service providers Frank provides corporate development, member service and policy analysis to accomplish the mission laid out by Medical Alley’s founders in 1984, “to better advance mankind’s ability to take care of itself.” An unrepentant nerd and policy wonk, Frank worked on the bioscience committee of the Minnesota House before joining the Medical Alley Association in 2005. In his free time he likes to read industry trade journals and play with his two cats, Astra and Zeneca. He holds a BA and Masters in political science both from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in technology policy and American Indian governmental relations.
