Program Description

Do you consider yourself a realist that is quick to find the fatal flaws in every circumstance?

Or are you an eternal optimist, rarely considering the risks or potential hazards of a going forward with a decision?

Research indicates that successful people are positive 75% of the time. This ratio of three positives to one negative leads to success in work, relationships, health, and creative thinking. This session explains how stress can block your ability to be positive which in turn affects your success. It will teach a memory device for keeping stress at bay for a sound mind and body, both essential in aiding strategic planning, innovative thinking, and confident decision-making.

Objectives/Key Take Aways
• To analyze and understand how to personally implement the 3-to-1 positivity ratio.
• To implement a process to be proactive in maintaining health, both physically and mentally.
• To construct a self-image of an optimistic future.
