Sue Wollan Fan is the Founder|CEO of MANGO Connects, a web tool that shows today's career professional how to reach out to people in their LinkedIn network to create  authentic, professional relationships. She has been a Senior Executive at Fortune 100 companies, Accenture and Best Buy Corp, COO of a global software company, and  President of a nonprofit business incubator.

 Sue is passionate about doing work that matters and helping others do the same. With most jobs today found through people and not job postings, Sue created MANGO  Connects to make it easier for everyone, especially those left behind by conventional networking, to connect with professionals in their broader network for advice and  referrals. She spent three years, collaborating with over 200 graduates, career coaches, recruiters, and young professionals to identify new ways to make networking  easier, worthwhile, authentic, and more accessible.

 She holds an Undergraduate degree from Saint Catherine University and a Master's in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota, focused on advancing social equity.  Her book "Stop Networking. Start Connecting." Is due out in early 2018.
