Program Description

As the simple and most intuitive tool in the "agile toolkit", Kanban invites us to quickly get our work on the wall, take a collective look, and start finding ways to make it flow. By emphasizing "getting it on" over "getting it right", Kanban kicks our agile journey into high gear quickly, with low cost, and with extremely low barrier-to-entry. Come join Kanban coach Kert Peterson in a highly interactive session to discover:

- how to "quick-start" with Kanban
- 5 common pitfalls of new Kanban teams
- the importance of wobbling and fumbling
- key Kanban events and their cadence
- where and how to optimize once your Kanban team is on its feet
