Tom Esch has been part of courageous conversations since 1969 when a whiffle ball game ended badly in the backyard.
He has master's Degrees in Conflict Resolution from the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon and in Theology from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN.
He is currently President of Esch Consulting, LLC, a company which empowers people to have productive conversations about uncomfortable yet necessary topics. He helps organizations transform their culture in a way that builds healthy relationships and strengthens the bottom line.
