Chainsaw Planning is a progressive system of easy-to-use planning tools that reduce time, confusion and increase commitment to working together. It is the antidote to traditional strategic planning because it quickly and efficiently determines who should be involved in the planning, the shared vision, specific goals, priorities and action items to take away from the session. Team members arrive ready to be engaged and leave with a plan to execute that day.
