Outreach Event - Systems and Complexity Thinking for Project Management

The new 7th edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK© Guide is out. One of the new changes to the standard is the inclusion of the principle of Systems Thinking. This principle requires that a project manager be able to view and understand the project environment as part of a larger system. Systems thinking helps a project manager respond to projects and conduct problem-solving in a complex and dynamic environment.
