Program Description:

We would like to think that when we send someone a resume, it gets read from top to bottom, and they think about how they can best find a place for us in their organization. Usually, however, the reality is quite different! Instead, it gets scanned quickly and if they don't immediately see an obvious match, they move on. There are ALWAYS more resumes. So, first impressions are critical!

In this presentation, we'll discuss best practices for an effective resume in today's market, and how to make your most relevant skills get noticed quickly. You'll learn how you can make your project management skills and experience stand out from the crowd.
