Steve Stucky

Steve Stucky is a Product Development leader with over 25 years of experience in large industrial manufacturing businesses within Westinghouse Electric, Ingersoll-Rand, and Emerson Corporation. He has led Strategic Marketing & Global Product Management teams with responsibility for developing new products and driving profitable growth. Steve has most recently led Regional & Global Program Management teams with responsibility for improving NPD processes, increasing project management competencies, and improving project execution effectiveness. 
Steve’s passion is improving “how” work is done through Lean practices. He led a Lean Office Transformation effort focusing on Lean as an engine for growth, eliminating waste and shrinking Cycle Times for both the Delivery Value Stream & the Product Development process. Steve currently leads a global project management function within Emerson Corporation with responsibility for driving project speed improvements.
