Manage the reconfiguration of systems to meet needs from a HR perspective.
Ensure all system work is continuing according to schedule.
Work directly with partners.
Plan, direct, and coordinate project related activities and resources to ensure project goals are accomplished on time, within budget and with optimum quality.
Develop and manage clear and detailed roadmaps for delivery including critical path activities, key milestones, etc.
Identify, track, and create contingency plans for all project related issues, risks, change requests, and action items.
Define and drive project/program governance, structure, meeting rhythms and tools.
Ensure project status is communicated to stakeholders/executive management and others.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Strong Project Management experience
Strong understanding of Human Resources applications and work
Technical knowledge and understanding
Experience with SAS Configuration and Setup
Experience managing the migration of data
Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
Experience identifying and tracking issues/risks and escalating them for resolution
Experience working with leadership
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience/Understanding with Riskonnect, Fidelity, Taleo, HireRight, Staywell applications
Understanding of SAP
Experience setting up NetSuite
Ability to travel within MN
