We are seeking a PMO (Project Management Office) Manager to play a pivotal role in evolving our maturing unit into a fully centralized best in class Project Management Office. This position will be responsible for advancing BWF’s project management maturity through organizational design, tool adoption and process standardization, documentation, and training within our developing PMO to ensure the successful adoption and enablement of industry standards that best supports the business and consultants, successful client engagement and maximum efficiency. This position oversees and trains the PMO team, maintains a small portfolio of client projects, and ensures the ongoing evaluation and refinement of the PMO’s technology utilization, practices, and protocols. This role relies heavily on previous management and project management experience, organizational skills, communication, and disciplined and proactive time management. The ability to exercise initiative, independent judgement, and have accountability for various processes and projects is critical.

Annual base salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 based on qualifications and experience.
