The Project Manager - Public Infrastructure will lead projects in multiple work areas for Scott County based on the County Priorities and the Strategic plan. In the transportation area, this position will lead and manage public works infrastructure (e.g., roads, water/sewer, & misc. building) projects through the entire project lifecycle. In the parks area it will include infrastructure (e.g., trails, campgrounds, and other park amenities) projects. This may include leading comprehensive plans, programmatic development, facilities master plans, corridor studies, or strategic plans. Responsible for providing highly skilled project management and technical assistance for all aspects of any size planning study or infrastructure project; and includes the planning, design, and construction to meet County, State, and Federal standards. Balances project needs, scope, time, cost, risk, and quality while maintaining a positive project environment to lead and manage diverse customer and stakeholder expectations. Additional responsibilities include giving work direction, project monitoring, assisting in capital project planning, budget preparation, and work plan development.

Pay Range: $81,824 - $122,736 – DOQ
